This website is owned by "CoCo Secret SRL". When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services, which are based on the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (hereinafter - Terms and Conditions) presented below.

The use of the cocosecret.md website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by "CoCo Secret SRL," in accordance with Law No. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce. The relationship between the customer and the seller is established based on Law No. 105/2003 on Consumer Rights Protection and other regulatory acts adopted in accordance with it. The Seller reserves the right to modify the provided Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, and to all Agreements: "Client," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person who accesses this website and complies with the terms and conditions of the Company. "Company," "We ourselves," "We," "Us," and "Our company" refer to our company. "Party," "Parties," or "We" refer to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to carry out the process of providing support to the Client in the most appropriate manner, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, with capital letters, and/or he/she or they are interchangeable and therefore refer to them.

Order Placement and Payment

Payment of orders is possible with a credit card - upon receipt of the order, you will receive a fiscal receipt confirming the payment.

Online payment is made in maximum security conditions using a credit card, which allows online transactions. After making the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation to your email address.

The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure page where the authentication of each cardholder is done by assigning a unique one-time code for each online transaction.

Refunds are made only to the credit card used for the purchase.

To make a payment, you will need to enter the following details:

• Card number (16 digits)
• Expiry date (month and year)
• CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
• Name and surname on the credit card All payments are processed in the national currency - MDL (Moldovan lei). In case the currency of the transaction differs from the payment currency, the transaction amount will be converted at the exchange rate on the settlement day of the issuing bank.

Delivery of Products / Goods / Services

"CoCo Secret SRL" offers two options for receiving orders.

Pickup from the production section Delivery within the city of Chisinau During the order completion process, the customer selects the method of order receipt. In the case of choosing delivery, the customer specifies the delivery address, and in the case of choosing pickup, the customer selects the production section from which to pick up the order. On the selected day, the customer will receive a message or a phone call confirming the availability of the order. In case the customer does not confirm the availability of the order, the order will be canceled. If the customer is not available on the selected day, the customer will be contacted to choose another delivery or pickup date.

Pickup from the production section - is done after 12:00 on the day selected by the customer. The customer will be notified by message or phone call when the order is ready for pickup. Delivery within the city of Chisinau - is done on the day selected by the customer. The customer will be notified by message or phone call when the order is ready for delivery. No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays.

The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated situations (e.g., unfavorable weather conditions, periods of public holidays, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance if we encounter one of these isolated situations.

You can choose any address for delivery - home, office, or any other address, without additional charges. We accept only one delivery address for each order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the fiscal receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these matters will not be accepted.
